No Fear

Reflection: “When you lie down, you will not be afraid; When you lie down, your sleep will be sweet.” Proverbs 3:24

Response: Fear relates to our discomfort to the unknown. We expect something bad or the worst to happen, or for events not to work out in our favor. Our trust in God is linked to our circumstances. The longer and more intense the trial, the greater the impact to our person, family, or overall life; it can all cause our trust to waver. We begin to think that things may not work the way we hope. Fear also relates to our knowledge of God’s character or ability to perform on our behalf. The more we know Him and His ways can contribute to increased confidence in Him. Sometimes fear is an indicator that we are not confident in Him.

But God’s character to do good for us never diminishes. The presence of God is peace, rest, and hope.

Live exceptionally- in balance, freedom, and rest. ™ Isaiah 41 says “‘Do not fear, for I am with you; Do not be afraid, for I am your God. I will strengthen you, I will also help you, I will also uphold you with My righteous right hand.’ It is not God’s plan for us to walk in fear, anxiety, stress, or frustration.
